Return & Exchange Policy

On Approval Program:

Isberian Rug Company prides itself on customer satisfaction and we want you to love your new rug. Our On Approval Program allows you to try before you buy..  A rug is something you need to try in your home and see in your own surroundings in order to know if it is the right fit.

We encourage our customers to take a rug of interest home and live with it for up to 2 calendar days. Even if you don’t live locally in the Roaring Fork Valley, we will ship you the rug(s) anywhere in the continental U.S. This time should enable you to know whether or not you would like to proceed with the purchase. Should you decide the rug just doesn’t fit we would be happy to help you find one that does!

How it works: Once you’ve decided on the rug(s) that you would like to have On Approval, all we’ll need is your contact information and a credit card on file for security purposes. We will not apply any charges on your card unless:

You decide to purchase the rug(s) and we are given written or verbal approval from the card holder to proceed with the charge.

If there is no communication to Isberian Rug Company indicating that you plan to purchase or return the rug(s), Isberian Rug Company will charge the full balance due on the invoice for the On Approval rug(s) after 7 calendar days.

If the On Approval rug(s) will be needing to be shipped, we will pay to have the rug shipped to you and you’re responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges:

You have 3 business days to return a purchased item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are for store credit only.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of store credit.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item but you are not responsible for insuring the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
